Our cheese board tray sets come with a cover so you can simply remove the tray from the Cabana pole, slide the allergy safe tray over the cabana hole, slip the cover on and pop it directly into your cooler bag. Materials
Our Time Cheese Board Tray Sets are made with care in Brisbane, Australia from repurposed beautiful timber that would have otherwise become landfill. The team at Edenmade hand craft each piece with care. Sets may vary from images due to the nature of natural materials. Should you prefer a specific colour or grain we would love to hear from you.
The Our Time Cheese Board Tray Sets are finished with food-safe Danish Oil by Organoil.
Care
Avoid using course materials like iron wool and please do not drop your board as this may damage the structure.
Hand wash only in warm soapy water. Please DO NOT SOAK as it will warp the wood. Please dry the tray completely laying it on its side in a draining rack. Allow to completely dry before storage.
To keep your board looking glossy, to prevent splitting, warping and bacteria growing we recommend using an oil to protect it such as grape seed oil which is found in any supermarket. Oil your board after each use or every 6 months for best results.
Assembly

Before inserting the umbrella pole into the grass/sand spike, click the ¾ tube (component 1) to the umbrella pole at the desired position for the cheese board tray.

Slide Cheese Board Tray through the pole.

Slide full tube component (component 2) with screw pins onto the pole. Use screw mechanism to secure under tray at your desired height.

Insert lower umbrella pole into grass/sand spike and continue cabana assembly.
NOTE: For square pole umbrellas click ¾ tube (component 1) flush under umbrella joiner, slide Cheese Board Tray through the pole and secure with full tube component having screw pins closer to board.

Dispatch
We process orders on business days, with a standard turnaround of 24 - 48 hours, excluding public holidays in Queensland. If you purchase any of the products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods at Christmas.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $149 to QLD, NSW, VIC & TAS. Shipping is free to WA & NT for orders over $399, otherwise shipping rate is calculated in checkout cart.
Express and international shipping options are available.

Returns Policy
Warranty + Refunds + Exchanges
Our range has been thoughtfully designed in Australia and manufactured to our highest standards to withstand the Australian elements and the daily demands of celebrating in the outdoors. We are committed to making life as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, so we want to hear about any little niggle.
If your product is not performing to your expectations, please:

Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of twelve months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials.
Everyday wear and tear, and care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) along with not following care instructions are not covered under manufacturer warranty. Replacement parts will be utilised to address defects where available.
Refunds
We will happily refund within 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by your order number
- Returned within 30 days, at your cost, using a trackable method of postage with the tracking method and tracking number emailed to Our Time quoting the order number
- In the case of a warranty claim, it needs to be accompanied by a description and images of the fault

IMPORTANT
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first as IT will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund or replacement.
Your your refund/replacement will be processed within 48 hours. If a refund is processed it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary from bank to bank so please check with your financial institution if funds are not available within 48 hours of receiving your refund confirmation.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product, it is more time efficient to place a second order and request a refund on the original item. Please email sales@ourtime.com.au as per the above refund process.
Shipping Costs on Exchanges and Refunds
Shipping costs due to change of mind are at the customer’s expense. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
